hey, i havnt ridden at the sele. i havnt been able to ride my hardtail for months cos of injury. i take it its ht stuff and not dh? ang x

close your eyes, pedal like a crazy man and go flat out....lol nah seriously just get out as much as possible and you will improve really fast. go dirt jumping on a hardtail for jumping skills. thats about it-dont brake, the faster you go the easier it is x

oh and yeah ill be at whistler summer 2009 x

france was good apart from my broken wrist which i didnt know about at the time braking bumps were annoying. hamsters might be having winter series but im not sure to be honest, ill ask craig next time im there...x
